M. R. SellarsHamster Month continues on Brainpan Leakage…
You’ll notice that I am not putting these in any particular order – well, most of them anyway. That’s because I don’t really know what the proper order is. So, don’t look for any chronological significance (except for one in particular, which will be obvious.)

Sellars – During the period of paper Merp toons, there were a flurry of “The Early Years” panels, hinting at the origin of “Merp The Tech Hamster,” and even “Ex Marine Biologist Turned Supermodel, Buffy Bighair.” Only three of these “early years” cartoons still exist, the first of which depicts Young Merp’s discovery of electricity. In this particular instance the panel was drawn following an incident wherein I was shocked rather severely by an ungrounded power supply on a printer.

If Merp were here he’d be buried in snow……..

Well Thanks, Saboo… I really do appreciate that, especially coming from you!
Actually, there WAS a Merp in a blizzard on the dry erase board way back when… Back in those days we actually got hit with some seriously measurable snow (12″-16″ and up)… These days if we get 6 we’re doing good. Last time anything hit us that was in the 10″ or better range was about 3 or 4 Yules back… Now THAT was a blast. Bonfire roaring in the back yard while snow was piling up around us. 🙂
